Buggy Conditions of Use – available at Ayr Golf CLUB
To assist with streamlining the buggy hire process for NQ Pennants this year, changes are being made as follows:
- Each Club captain will be responsible for payment of buggy hires in advance
- You may have players needing to share buggy hire costs – eg player only playing 2 sessions, not all sessions. The sharing of buggy costs will be your responsibility.
- Cost of buggy hire is $45 per player needing a buggy (3 games x $15pp)
- If any of your players are bringing their own buggy, and are happy to share, we will pay them $15 per share ride. Please complete details below for allocations.
- Complete form attached for any buggy hire requirements and forward to AGC Ladies Captain (cmdalponte1@bigpond.com) by Friday 16 th July 2021.
- Buggy Hire Payments must be paid in cash or cheque by each Captain to AGC Ladies Captain (Carmel Dal Ponte) .who will be at the Ayr Golf Club bar area on Friday 23/7/21 @ 4pm to collect or by arrangement beforehand.
- Buggy hire requests will not be accepted after this date, and if buggy hire payments are not received by above time/date, buggies will not be provided.
