RESULTS<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The Bowen Junior open is over for another year.\u00a0 2016 has been our biggest field yet, with 100 players taking to the course on Sunday.\u00a0 The Open Champions for this year were Nick Hilder from Mackay and Emily Cannavan from Home Hill.\u00a0 We would like to thank our major sponsors, Glencore – Abbot Point Bulkcoal and Queensland Country Credit Union.\u00a0\u00a0 We sincerely thank Lorna Lockhart from Glencore -Abbot Point Bulkcoal and Ross Meier from Qld Country Credit union for taking the time out to help present the trophies.\u00a0 Your support is greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n

Our annual raffle was also drawn during presentations with Zale Ivory from Ayr winning 1st<\/sup> prize of a \u201cWish\u201d gift card to the value of $500 and Chloe Nobes from Bowen winning 2nd<\/sup> prize, which was a golf bag.\u00a0 The golf bag was kindly donated by Julianne Flanagan \u2013 one of our senior club members.\u00a0 We thank you for your kind donation.<\/p>\n
